Night of the Maddening Star

A Grimm Fairy Tale and Grimdark - Inspired adventure for 1 - 4 players intended for use with the Cairn ruleset. 

The players stayed in the tavern for the night but upon waking up, they noticed their bodies were turned into an animal of the night. The sky was totally dark with no stars to be found anywhere. There were terrifying loud cries outside that sounded mournful and ghastly in every sense of the word. The players discover the charm on their neck that was handed to them by the mole was glowing. Perhaps the mole knows more than he lets on. The players must discover the secret of the Noontide town or else be cursed to be hunted in the Night of the Maddening Star. 

This module was created for the game jam "A Town, A Forest, a Dungeon" by Cairn creator, Yochai Gal. This module is in early development and feedback will be considered for the final release.
